Our services include, emboss roll repair, consulting, design and laser engraving.

REPAIRS

• Quick turn around time for repairs, in house or off site.
• Re-texturing of damaged areas to match the existing grain & luster on embossing rolls, steel & cast iron calendar rolls, heat & chill drums, non-woven rolls, also extrusion knife sets.
• This would be done without the use of plugs if possible, and would not be chromed.

CONSULTING

• Not sure what you need, (depths, repeats, finishes), to achieve the desired end result?
• What process should you use, Electro-Form, Die & Mill, Photo-Etch or Laser generated designs? Could you get the same result by using a different process? Which engraving company should you use for the best results, (delivery & price)
• Emboss supplier liaison; do you need some one to translate engraver technical terms & processes?

DESIGN

Emboss layouts evaluation, digital file generation or evaluations for laser emboss tooling. This can be for single repeat tools or full size master rolls.

Laser Engraving

We offer laser engraving service for a multitude of applications. Example of applications machine part marking, promotional items, decorative items, awards, personalization, 3D sampling & much more. Promotional items pens, pocket knives, golf tools, travel mugs, glassware, luggage tags, and license plate holders, memorials, Etc.

• Use your artwork or have us create something from your design idea.
• You may choose from a selection of substrates including marble, granite, acrylic, signage plastics, glass, glassware, wood, Ikon bronze, & stainless steel metals, rubber stamp material, and more.
• 3D prototype sampling using various materials, heavy card stock wood, acrylic, Ikon metals, rubber.
